Top Customer Service! While driving through Dallas, 1000 miles from home, I got a powertrain warning on my Raptor. Stopped into the Prestige Ford service department to see if they could help. Right away my Service Advisor, Jerry Jones, grabbed Anthony Stovall, Shop Foreman, to take a look. They were able to diagnose and reset the system for me and take the truck for a drive to make sure it was functioning properly again. Within 30 minutes I was on the road and confident that it was safe to drive the truck again. So grateful for the quick and fantastic service these two gentleman and Prestige Ford were able to provide! I can definitely recommend them!!

I was concerned about a check engine light. Rick had me stop in and 'checked the code' to determine the problem. He confirmed it was under warranty, ordered the parts needed, walked me over to make arrangements for a covered rental car and scheduled the repairs. I came in worried and left calm with a plan that caused the least inconvenience to me. Rick did a great job taking the extra effort to make this a much better experience.
